Steps:

1. Send us a message, email or WhatsApp with the requested dates, the area where you live, and the number of pets.

2. As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you with the availability of the dates and arrange a Meet & Greet appointment with you. *

3. After our Meet & Greet appointment and once the service has been confirmed, we will provide you with a secure payment link so that you can secure your pet's place.**

We accept cash and card payments.

4. We will then add the requested dates to our booking agenda.

5. Sit back and enjoy your holidays knowing your pet is in good hands.

**  All bookings must be full paid when the services are ordered. We reserve the right to not provide the requested services if we don't receive the filled forms and payment before 48 hours of your departure date.
