Meet & Greet

When it comes to ensuring your pet's comfort and well-being, our meet and greet service is the perfect first step!

Held in the familiarity of your own home, this meeting allows us to get acquainted with you and your furry friend.

During this visit, we will bring the forms for you to fill out and we'll take detailed notes on your pet's routine, preferences, and any special requirements they may have. We'll also collect your keys, ensuring everything is set for their care while you're away.

This appointment will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Our goal is to provide peace of mind for both you and your beloved pet at no extra charge!

Payments

To secure your pet's place, all bookings must be full paid when the services are ordered.

We are a small business and appreciate our clients settling their accounts in a timeous manner as this helps us concentrate on looking after your pets.

We don't ask for deposits or booking fees we simply add your pet's name to our diary for the dates you have requested.

We accept cash and card payments.

Cancellation Pollicy

We understand that things happen that cause plans to change.

We carefully plan our work and manage our time slots, so once we have scheduled and confirmed your appointment, a fee may apply for cancellations.

Cancellations may be made up to 7 days in advance of your scheduled service without charge.

Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days of the beginning of pet sitting services, will incur a fee of 100% of the total service.

Keys Return

We recommend keeping your keys on file with us free of charge as this arrangement is convenient should you ever need us last minute or in an emergency.

Should you prefer for your keys to be returned after your pet sitting assignment we will arrange to return these within 7 days.

Subsequent key collections will then be charged at £5 per pickup.

Health & Safety

All owners must fill in the "Meet & Greet form", "Veterinary Release Form"  and the "Pet Sitting Contract" before the start of the first sit.

If your pet falls ill during the sit and we are unable to contact you, we will contact the vet on the form. Owners are responsible for payment for any treatment administered.

It is the owner's responsibility to disclose their pet's previous health and agression history to Pawtastic Love.

If a pet displays aggressive behaviour towards us and we are not able to safely manage the situation, we reserve the right to contact the emergency contact listed on the "Meet & Greet Form" and end the sit.
